Sad but true

Courtney is still sick.
Altermentality:
But I still made this comic because I love you. And it’s no good to leave the mystery arc sitting still for too long.

Dun-dun-duuuun… XP
Due to the obviousness of the things you want us to see, I really can’t tell if it’s going to be Posthumous messing with Skarva, or he’s just a really smelly, red herring… Ack… Good story telling is good…
Don’t call him smelly, you KNOW he is so self-conscious about that!
It’s never Red Herring, except for that one time when it was… /ApupnamedScoobyDoo
That’s actually the only episode I remember anything about.
I cracked up at panel 5! What a funny face…
Have you seen a doctor yet?
Well, I feel better today than I did yesterday, and I felt better yesterday than the day before, so… I think I’ll be fine. I just really hate that I’ve wasted a few days sleeping, and had to miss work, but I didn’t miss any class, at least >_>
I hope you get better quickly.
The sad thing is that Compost has very sensible excuses. It’s either a series of red herrings or he’s lying his ass off. We probably won’t find out which until the end of the arc. I feel sorry for Skarva. This will drive him nuts.
That’s the idea! …That you won’t find out until the end of the arc. But also to drive Skärva nuts.
Wait… They’re going to be in this house for an entire arc? Maybe I’m wondering how many arcs there have been so far… cause as far as I know, they’re really long.
We use the term “arc” somewhat loosely… we’ve used it to refer to the two main segments of the story so far, the two schemes which were each concluded by a defeat. But this finding-the-gods story is going to be a lot longer than the both of those two combined, and it would be useful to break it up into the various episodes it’s going to contain in different locations. Maybe we could refer to the larger segments as chapters, or even acts, which contain arcs.
The point is, we want to be able to flesh out each location adequately, but they’re not going to spend a horrendous amount of time here.
dont the zombies want to consume flesh? or are those not those kind of ‘living dead’?
No, most Idenian zombies are as nice and intelligent as they were in life. And they can’t eat because their bodies don’t work anymore. There are a lot of tales about zombies, but that’s just because people are afraid of them. Not without reason; they remind us of our mortality.
What if they had the desire to eat flesh when thew were alive?
Do we have a name for the choppy-eared Lurkin-zombie yet?
(You’re not fooling anyone Posty! I suspect you of being the “hero” at the moment, you know.)
Nope. Go ahead.
Well, Posti is my hero.
I thought Skarva was your hero…traitor.
Get well soon!
wha? free naming? fair game?
i want to choose!
HOW ABOUT…..the LURKISH?
NO-no!
how about the Jefferson Star Lurksteins (lerk steens)
thats my final suggestion
Are you… ok, Rabid? XD
I read these when I was half asleep, so when I woke up I thought I had dreamed them.
Can we call him Fredrick? Fredrick is a nice name. : D
HOLY CRAP
I was calling him “Frederic” in my mind already. I considered having Posthumous call out a name because it seemed more natural than just “YOU!” but I decided against it because we try not to name incidental characters. (In fact I enjoy leaving that up to you guys.) And he just looks like a Frederic. Or Fredrick. Whatever.
SO FREDRICK IT IS
DAMMIT!
aww. why not artnas?
and it was kind of a Supernatural reference xD
good show
XD It’s also sad because I believe him to.
He’s just too adorable and timid to suspect. Right?
You know what they say… I mystery, um, left unsolved, uh. Doesn’t get solved.
ಥ_ಥ *sniff* It just makes me so happy to see Calcifer so much.
All sighns point to “posthumous is faking the whole thing”
Who brings starch to a ghost party, that’s just asking for trouble.
Maybe starch is some part of some ghostly party game?
