Lorelei, shark tamer

I finally have a 3DS! I don’t do Animal Crossing but I will show you my Pokemon, very soon. And send you lots of doodles via swapnote. Let’s trade friend codes! Mine is 3325 2528 3142.
Lord Skaerva must have a really strong neck if he can support a small child hanging on the end of his (really long) nose.
You’d be amazed what he can do with that stick body, with a little magic and a lot of cartoon logic. Don’t try this at home with your own parents/evil guardians, kids!
Small children are so light, you can support them with a single face!
There’s a mask that should have been in Majora’s.
Sheesh, Skærva sure is a fish out of water here.
Are you perhaps also able to tell the male salmandrians from the female by their eyelashes?
I note that the captain doesn’t have a tag! Shapeshifter, perhaps?
Unimpressed Lurkin is unimpressed.
Obviously, Skærva is just using his magic to support his healer.
27 24639939 goes captcha.
Goldgills doesn’t have a tag because he isn’t in the cast page yet…
I’m still struggling with whether or not to put him and commy-boy in. On the one hand, I really want to, and on the other I don’t want to spoil the pirate arc for future new readers. But, heck. Nothing wrong with a little preview, I guess. I mean, if I was reading a new webcomic and I knew it was gonna have pirates, that’s all the more reason to stick with it, personally
So the mask heals you. But it keeps you from talking (not a problem for Link, really) and you have to deal with a little girl hanging off your face?
About the eyelashes, yeah. Although they’re not prominent on ALL female salamandrians or flish, I just like drawing them sometimes. This has actually been pointed out on our tropes page: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/TheFourth?from=Main.TheFourth See “non-mammal mammaries – subverted” where someone noticed my attention to not taking anthropomorphism beyond logical levels.
Captcha is trying to give me its friend code! I think it left out a couple numbers though…
I like Captain’s jolly roger! I dunno if that was mentioned before or not…
–did they forget Cyril? D :
I gave you my friend code, right? I think so…YAY SWAPNOTE DOODLES-
Nah, Cyril’s the silhouette standing farthest to the right (not counting the poor flish tied up to the mast, who you can still barely make out). Skärva would never let him go down with the ship. WHO WOULD OPERATE THE COMPASS
They just keep rubbing it in; no wonder Skarva is so upset.
Yeah, these guys have no problem rubbing salt in an open wound. It’s everywhere!

I must get in on this!
Of course! I’ll add you tonight.
Also I don’t know where your name comes from, but it reminds me of this: http://brawlinthefamily.keenspot.com/2008/11/12/103-dededoo/
When I read *clamp* I thought of Clamps from Futurama…
BTW my friend code is 0275-7774-8243.
Awesome! I’ll add you tonight!
I like how when I add internet friends on the 3DS I get to find out their real names. But then you were just Falx and I’m like “oh”
But I know your name already! I think? According to your email address. Muahaha.
Lol. Yeah, ya got me. I like keeping pen names on the internet. However, you are right about my email, mostly. The last name is wrong.
Lorelei must be light enough to stay on Skarva’s face, but strong enough to keep it clamped like that. XP
Maybe he’s like a crocodile? They have a ton of force in snapping their jaws shut, but not nearly as much for opening them. That’s why a rubber band can easily keep a little croc’s mouth closed.
I’ll accept that as a suitable answer!
Skearva is trying to hard to dig his own grave.
Looks like he’ll be getting a burial at sea. That seems rather appropriate for a sharkman.
The Salamandrians are just so well textured! I can’t get over it when the captain is just anywhere near Skærva and Lorelei.
I know what you mean!
Is this a feasible question; how many bodies of water are there in this universe? Or perhaps, more specifically, what are the main oceans or seas? And in which ones are most populated by Salamandrians or Flish?
Idenau is a continent, so it’s completely surrounded by water. Right now they’re about as far south in the kingdom as you can go. We’ll show you a map someday! As far as what lies beyond the seas, there are other kingdoms and lands but they probably will never be very relevant to our tale.
Salamandrians are pretty thick around all of the coasts until you get too far north. Flish can’t live in saltwater, so they’re more inland creatures and originally inhabited the rivers and lakes. Although a lot of them lived around river mouths near the coast, especially before the war, although that’s thinned out somewhat because flish/salamandrian relations aren’t very kind these days.
I’d also like to point out that salamandrians and flish both evolved in Idenau so they primarily live in this kingdom, although it’s inevitable that you could find emigrants in other parts of the world.
Hey, mine’s 1590 5812 5010!
Also, I like Lorelei’s headband. Oh, and she’s probably hurting his nose.
