Yes, it is. I played the shit out of Resident Evil 4 and that is the first thing I tought of when I saw the Salamandrian. I thought it was funny… The merchants name is just “Merchant.” I also thought it would be punny if I named the image “Resident Evil 4th.”
I KNEW I’d seen him somewhere!
That merchant freaks me out almost as much as the zombies.
