Back in Action
on March 15, 2017 at 12:04 amYep, this picks up exactly where we left off. Now we can finally see where Ecta was going!
Another refresher: when Ecta and Frozio met. He doesn’t like being snubbed.
I’m trying to make Castle Skärva more detailed in its interiors, as it should be. Whew, though! All I can say is I’m glad we’re going to be spending less and less time in the castle as the comic goes on…
Finally, remember that I have a Patreon, if you like seeing extra Fourth doodles, or even getting a commission for yourself each month! Without getting into too much detail, any extra money I can make is going to be pretty important to me in the months to come.
Oh no, she’s going to go talk to the main librarian!
Wonder how the Second is going to deal with this penguin.
What’s that front room librarian even doing, other than shushing the lord of the castle when he flees his grandfather screaming? Those cobwebs don’t just spring up overnight.
Technically, her team is doing that yard work. She just isn’t.
Man, forgot that I made that comment. Been a while.
Nobody goes in the back room and the librarian doesn’t even like to go near it (as you can tell). Probably because you can hear the Second weeping or yelling through the door sometimes.
Pffft, none of them are actually doing yardwork. Two seconds ago they were trying to impress their Boss with the bigass key they found.
Ah, it’s good to be back in the main plot!
Thank you for the refresher links–I’d forgotten where we left off, and that Frozio had been taken onto the staff!
I do like the new backgrounds, especially in panels one and six. ^_^
I also like the thought-bubbles. (And for some reason, they remind me of Super Mario Bros., which seems appropriate to the artists.)
The bubbles are the same shape as the bushes!!! (Fun fact, this is actually my first time doing thought bubbles in the comic, ever)
Ah, that might explain it, yes! ^_^
As to it being the first time, I think that I wondered about that, not remembering previous thought-bubbles.
Well you definitely succeeded in making the castle interior look detailed, it looks amazing!
Good to hear it! Thanks!
It’s everyone’s favorite penguin!
I love the bubbles so much. There’s something really soft about them? It must be the new coloring style. Lots of things to love here.
And since it’s relevant to the times, you were doing handsome sharkmen long before BotW. How dare they.
